Set up your water supply in Almería (Aqualia)
Water in Almería city is run by Aqualia, which has managed the municipal service for the council for decades. Aqualia’s Almería customer pages list what a new holder must bring to take over an existing contract and what a new connection needs.
- Why it matters
- When you move into a home in Almería the water contract has to be in your name. Taking over an existing contract (cambio de titularidad) costs only an update of the deposit, according to Aqualia’s Almería page; a home with no previous contract needs a new alta.
- When
- You move into a home in Almería and need water service in your name, or you take over from the previous account holder.
