Estepona Foreign Residents Department (Residentes Extranjeros) and general citizen services

Estepona Town Hall runs a dedicated Foreign Residents department (under the Tourism delegation) that serves the town’s large international population in multiple languages, plus the general Oficina Municipal de Atención al Ciudadano (OMAC) and a central cita previa appointment system for most municipal procedures.

Why it matters

About 30% of Estepona’s population is foreign, and this department exists specifically to help non-Spanish speakers navigate town hall procedures, integration programs, and events for foreign associations.
