Renew or confirm your padrón registration (non-EU every 2 years)
Non-EU nationals without permanent residence must renew their padrón registration every two years, in person at the padrón office using Modelo 5.0; EU citizens confirm every five years.
- Why it matters
- If you do not renew within the period, the council removes you from the padrón and you must register again.
- When
- Two years after your registration or last padrón change (non-EU), five years (EU).
