Andalucía regional IRPF deduction: rent on habitual residence (under-35, over-65, disabled, violence victims)

Andalucía’s regional IRPF deduction for rent paid on a habitual residence is 15% of amounts paid, capped at €1,200/year (€1,500/year for taxpayers with a disability), for tenants under 35, over 65, with a disability, or victims of gender violence or terrorism, subject to an income ceiling.
