Learn Spanish at a public adult education center (CEPER) in Andalucía
Andalucía’s public adult education centers (CEPER) teach the plan 'Interculturalidad, cultura y lengua española para personas procedentes de otros países', for foreigners who don’t speak Spanish. Centers in Málaga, Sevilla and Granada list it. EOI Granada also teaches Spanish as a foreign language.
