Use the citizen-service office (OMIAC) and municipal cita previa

The OMIAC is Jaén’s single information, registry and complaints point; most procedures are also in the electronic office, and the padrón has its own cita previa system.

Why it matters

It is the first place to ask where to go for any municipal procedure and a free-phone line exists.

When

You need to find the right municipal office, file a general request or complaint.
