Concejalía/Delegación de Extranjeros Residentes (Foreign Residents Department)
Marbella has a dedicated municipal department for foreign residents, with its own website, that provides information and guidance on empadronamiento, extranjería/NIE matters, taxes, utilities, and other procedures for the city’s large international community.
