The council’s 2026 fiscal calendar lists 'Tasas de basura, Marbella (1er y 2º trimestre)' as 16 JUN — 16 SEP, annual and first-quarter fees 16 JUN — 16 SEP, and fees with half-year accrual (second half) 13 OCT — 21 DIC. - Know who manages it
The council page says these are managed by the Patronato de Recaudación Provincial de Málaga. Its Marbella office phone on the page is +34 951 957 285. - Pay online or ask
The council links the Patronato’s online tax office (ovt.prpmalaga.es). Ask the Patronato who is billed, owner or occupant. - Check the next calendar
