Citizen-service offices and cita previa
Atención Ciudadana (SAC) works from the Ayuntamiento in Mijas Pueblo and the Las Lagunas and La Cala tenencias. Cita previa is needed for padrón changes, volantes/certificates and digital certificates; other procedures can be done without it.
