Set up your water supply in Mijas (ACOSOL)
Water in Mijas is supplied by ACOSOL, the water company of the association of municipalities of the western Costa del Sol. Its Información page lists the documents for a contract, the deposit duty, the timing and the contact channels.

- When you move into a home the water contract has to be in your name. ACOSOL’s page lists what it asks for a new contract in a meter bank with a favorable installation and technical approval, and says to contact an office for any other case.

- How long it takes
- For meter banks, ACOSOL says it supplies water within a maximum of 3 working days (días hábiles) from formalizing the alta in at least 95% of cases.
