Oficina de Atención a la Ciudadanía (OAC) — citizen services, phone line and cita previa
The Ayuntamiento’s central citizen-service office and phone line, and the online cita previa (appointment) system used for most municipal procedures.

- This is the default first stop for almost any municipal paperwork question (padrón, taxes, certificates, general information) and the place to book an appointment.

- Needing to register, request a certificate, or ask a general question of the Ayuntamiento.
