Dog/pet ownership regulations in San Roque (no confirmed municipal registration process)

San Roque’s Medio Ambiente department page links to ordinance documents on animal ownership ("Información sobre perros," "Información sobre tenencia de animales," and the "Ordenanza de Protección, Tenencia y Circulación" of animals) but does not describe a specific municipal dog/pet registration (censo canino) process on the page itself.

Why it matters

Newcomers bringing pets, or acquiring one locally, need to know the applicable identification/registration rules; in Spain this is generally handled via regional pet microchip registries rather than a purely municipal census, but this was not confirmed for San Roque specifically.
