Parking rules in San Roque

San Roque’s 2001 parking ordinance set a regulated zone (O.R.A.) on central streets, but a 2022 council news item says San Roque offers free parking, unlike the paid zones in nearby towns. Whether the zone is still applied was not confirmed.

Why it matters

Drivers moving to San Roque or Sotogrande should not assume a paid city-center parking scheme exists like in larger Spanish cities, though this absence of evidence is not conclusive confirmation that none exists.
