Check housing aid you may qualify for in Torrox and Andalucía
Torrox residents can look at the Junta de Andalucía’s rent aid for people up to 35 (Bono Alquiler Joven) and at the protected-housing register run by the council; the council’s own housing aid was not found.
- Why it matters
- Rent is the biggest cost for most newcomers; the Junta’s Bono Alquiler Joven and protected-housing register are the main public routes.
- When
- You rent a home in Torrox and are 35 or younger, or want to apply for protected housing.
- How long it takes
- Bono Alquiler Joven: six months to resolve (convocatoria, per the Junta). Protected-housing registration lasts 3 years.
