Tips

• Beyond Cogullada, Zaragoza has at least two other fixed puntos limpios with published addresses/hours: Punto Limpio Fijo Valdespartera (C/ Centauros del Desierto 50019; Mon-Fri 12:00-16:00, Sat 10:00-14:00, closed Sun) and Punto Limpio Fijo Universidad-Delicias (Ada. Gómez Laguna 50005; Mon-Sat incl. holidays 7:30-20:30, Sun 8:00-14:30). A fourth fixed punto limpio is reportedly planned/under contract for Avda. Echegaray y Caballero per a 2026 public-works tender, but it is not yet open.
• Official household container color code confirmed across multiple zaragoza.es pages: green = glass, blue = paper/cardboard, yellow = light packaging (plastic/cans/tetra-brik), gray = general/non-recyclable waste, and brown = organic/food waste (newer rollout, confirmed by the 27 Mar 2024 zaragoza.es item on the new brown bins).
