Tips
- The official municipal-library page does not specify which identity documents foreigners can use (it only says 'documento oficial de identidad'), so it does not explicitly confirm a foreign passport/NIE is accepted — this gap remains open. By contrast, the separate, Aragón regional government-run 'Biblioteca Pública de Zaragoza' (a different library, not part of the municipal network) explicitly states on its own zaragoza.es-indexed description that its carné can be obtained on the spot presenting 'DNI, pasaporte, NIE o documento equivalente' — useful context but not a direct answer for the municipal library card this item covers.
- Individual opening hours were only found published for 2 of the ~26 municipal libraries (Centro Coordinador: Mon-Fri 8-20h, July/Aug 8-15h; Biblioteca BJ Cubit: Mon-Fri 9-21h, July/Aug reduced hours). The remaining libraries' addresses/phones are listed at the URL above but the page points to a separate hours lookup tool ('Consultar horarios específicos en cada Biblioteca aquí') that was not opened — gap left open.
