Pay your household bills in Zaragoza
In Zaragoza, water is a City Council service with its own municipal water office, and the water, sewerage and rubbish collection charges come on one joint bill. The property tax (IBI) is a separate yearly council bill that can be paid in installments if it is paid by direct debit.
