Buy and sell second-hand in Zaragoza: consumer rules and the OMIC
Consumer-law guarantees cover second-hand goods bought from a business (at least one year), not private sales. Zaragoza’s council runs a consumer office (OMIC) with a network of information points that works by appointment.

For second-hand goods bought from a professional seller, the parties may agree a shorter guarantee, but never under one year; goods bought from private individuals or at public auctions are not covered.
