Use Gijón’s citizen-service offices and the 010 phone line

Gijón City Council runs seven Oficinas de Atención a la Ciudadanía (OAC) and a single phone line, 010 (985 18 11 05), as the general front door for municipal information, appointments and paperwork such as padrón certificates.

Why it matters

When you do not know which Gijón office or department handles something, the OAC network and the 010 line are the official place to ask, book a cita previa and be routed onward.

When

You need a municipal procedure (e.g. padrón, certificates, course enrollment), want to book a municipal appointment, or do not know which municipal service handles your problem.
