Your first Asturias health card is issued in person
SESPA’s online portal only handles replacement/lost-card requests, address changes and status checks for people already in the system — first-time issuance of the Tarjeta Sanitaria Individual (TSI) appears to require an in-person visit to your local Centro de Atención Primaria (CAP).
