Shop opening on Sundays and holidays in Asturias

Large shops in Asturias may open on only ten Sundays and holidays a year, set by a yearly resolution of the Principality. Small shops under 300 m2, bakeries, newsstands, fuel stations, florists and convenience shops set their own hours.

Most big supermarkets are closed on Sundays and holidays, so you need to know the few days they can open and where small shops still serve you.
