Learn Spanish at a public adult education center (CEPA)
Asturias' public adult education centers (CEPA, Centros de Educación de Personas Adultas) list a course in Spanish for foreign immigrants, 'Lengua y Cultura española para inmigrantes extranjeros'. The 2025-2026 offer marks it for every CEPA, including Gijón, Oviedo and Avilés.

- It is the public option for learning Spanish in Asturias: none of the official language schools (EOI) in Gijón, Oviedo or Avilés teaches Spanish.
