Register on the Oviedo padrón (alta)
Ask to be added to Oviedo’s municipal register in person at the Statistics and Padrón section (Estadística y Padrón de habitantes) on C/ Rosal.

- The padrón entry is the council’s proof you live in Oviedo and is asked for by many later procedures.
