Steps

1. Check bulky-item days
Collection runs on set days: Pola de Siero every Monday, Lugones every Friday, El Berrón every Monday. Put furniture out from 21:00 the evening before.
2. Garden waste
Call 985 79 19 86 first; the council says this is essential. The limit is 100 kg.
3. Brown bin
The council says each household can pick up one bin and one pack of compostable bags, while stock lasts, at the Ayuntamiento, the La Tejera warehouse or CPI Lugones.
4. Punto limpio
The council’s phone list gives the Pola de Siero punto limpio and the bulky-item collection contractor the same number, 985 79 19 86; hours were not found.
