Pay your local taxes in San Bartolomé de Tirajana: IBI and rubbish fee
In San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Maspalomas) the council’s taxes are collected by EMURSA, linked from the council’s tax page. The urban IBI and the rubbish fee are billed in two halves in 2026: the first from 4 May to 31 July, the second from 4 May to 30 October.

EMURSA’s 2026 calendar: "1º plazo_ Del 4 de mayo al 31 de julio. Cargo en cuenta recibos domiciliados 31 de julio. 2º plazo_ Del 4 de mayo al 30 de octubre. Cargo en cuenta recibos domiciliados 30 octubre." The rubbish fee has the same two periods. - Set up direct debit
At the EMURSA office with your ID or NIE and proof of the bank account, or by emailing the SEPA form to contacto@emursa.es. - Or pay
At the office (Plaza de Timanfaya), at partner banks, through online banking or EMURSA’s online office.
