Rental deposit (fianza) in Cantabria
Cantabria is one of five Spanish autonomous communities (along with Asturias, Murcia, Navarra and La Rioja) that do not require landlords to deposit the legally-mandated rental security deposit (fianza) with any regional public body or housing institute.
