Immigrant integration contact at Santander social services
OICOS (Oficina de Integración y Cooperación Social) is the council’s integration office: free legal advice on immigration law (in person, by phone or online), orientation and referral, a foreigners' guide in Spanish and English, and Spanish and CCSE-preparation courses.
