Steps

1. Bulky items
   Request by phone 657 975 260 (09:00-14:00) or via www.aguastorrelavega.com; service Tue-Sat, once a week per resident, max two items, includes electrical waste (December 2025 notice).
2. Organic waste
   Brown containers rolled out from April 2026 starting in Tanos; open with Tarjeta Ciudadana or a free Aguas Torrelavega card (council news, 23 April 2026).
