Get your vaccines in Spain

Spain’s public health system offers a national vaccination calendar for every age, plus a yearly flu and COVID-19 campaign each autumn. You get shots at your health center with your health card; travel vaccines are given at special international vaccination centers.

Why it matters

Vaccines are free in the public system for the groups the calendar and campaigns recommend, and your health center is where you ask for them.

When

You want a flu or COVID shot this autumn, you have children, or you are planning a trip that needs vaccines.
