SmartGuadalajara is the city council’s channel for reporting street problems such as damage and repairs, on the web and in an app.

Why it matters

It lets you report a broken streetlight, graffiti or a repair need without going to an office.

When

You see a damaged or dirty public space and want the council to fix it.
