Centro Joven, Carné Joven and teen programs in Guadalajara

Guadalajara’s council youth department runs the Centro Joven and the Espacio TYCE, issues the Carné Joven for ages 14 to 30 on the padrón, and lists teen programs such as +TYCE and a paid Urban Camp.
