Get a padrón volante or certificate
Request a volante (current address) or certificado de empadronamiento (individual, collective, historical) from the Ayuntamiento; only for people registered in Toledo city.

- Most procedures (immigration, school, health card, bus resident fare) ask for proof of padrón.
- When
- A procedure asks for proof of residence.
- How long it takes
- Resolution period stated as up to three months (art. 21.3 Ley 39/2015); silence is negative.
