Regulated parking (ORA) and resident card
Salamanca’s ORA regulated parking runs Mon-Fri 9:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00 and Saturdays 9:00-14:00; a major expansion of about 600 paid spaces took effect on 15 July 2026, and a resident card allows parking in marked spaces.
- Why it matters
- Many previously free streets became paid in July 2026, so check street markings before leaving a car.
- When
