Register on the Valladolid padrón (alta) and get a certificate
Register your address with the Ayuntamiento de Valladolid (empadronamiento); once registered you can get a padrón certificate or volante online or in person.

- The padrón is the municipal proof of residence and is needed for many local services (resident rates at municipal pools, resident parking, etc.).
