Use the Ajuntament’s citizen-service offices (OAMR) and cita previa

The Oficines d’Assistència en Matèria de Registre (OAMR) are the council’s registry and information offices, at the town hall and in six neighborhood offices, mostly by appointment.

Why it matters

Padró, registry submissions and many council procedures are done here; knowing the hours avoids wasted trips.

When

You need to file a document, register in the padró or ask about a council procedure.
