Catalonia IRPF deduction for habitual-residence rehabilitation/adaptation
Catalonia’s regional IRPF allows a 1.5% deduction (max base EUR 9,040) for amounts paid to rehabilitate a habitual residence, plus a transitional 7.5-15% deduction tied to the former state housing-investment deduction for homes bought before 30 July 2011.
