Use citizen-service offices, the 010 line and cita previa
The Ajuntament’s main in-person points are two Oficines d’Atenció Ciutadana (C. Girona and Av. Primavera), a La Florida OAC option in the booking system, district offices and the 010 line; cita previa is available online and by phone.
