What you need
- Original DNI or residence card (Targeta de Residència); if you have neither, passport plus an up-to-date padrón volante.
- Under 14: must come with a parent/guardian or bring the library’s authorization form.

In person at any municipal library (card issued on the spot) or by the online form (Diputació de Barcelona library system) choosing a branch to collect it.
