AMBici metropolitan e-bike share

AMBici, the metropolitan electric bike share, runs in 15 towns around Barcelona; it reached L’Hospitalet in May 2024 with 32 stations and more than 352 e-bikes.

Cost: Yearly pass 40 EUR (AMBici plus Bicing 65 EUR); rides from 0.15 EUR. Short passes: 1 day 5 EUR, 2 days 9 EUR, 3 days 12 EUR.

Steps

1. Sign up
   In the app or on the website: register with a JoTMBé account, choose a pass and pay online.
2. Take the yearly pass
   40 EUR a year (65 EUR a year for AMBici plus Bicing). Each ride costs 0.15 EUR for the first 30 minutes, then 0.50 EUR for each extra 30 minutes up to 2 hours, then 5 EUR an hour. The physical card costs 6 EUR extra.
3. Or buy a short pass
   1 day 5 EUR, 2 days 9 EUR, 3 days 12 EUR.
