L’Hospitalet’s council lists a Nova ciutadania (new citizens) section under its social services. Its page links four procedures on the council’s electronic office: a request for the first-reception service (servei de primera acollida), the municipal integration effort report (informe municipal d’esforç d’integració, formerly the social roots report), the municipal housing suitability report for family reunification, and support for voluntary return to the country of origin.
