Use the Servei d’Acollida Municipal (SAM) in Lleida
Lleida City Council’s Servei d’Acollida Municipal (SAM) is the municipal reception service for migrant people: information and training for the Certificat de primera acollida, Catalan workshops and an immigration guidance service.

- It is the council’s own office built around newcomer needs, so it is a free first stop for questions about arriving and settling.
