Oficina d’Atenció Ciutadana (OAC) — Sant Cugat del Vallès

The OAC is the Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vallès’s main citizen-service office, handling padró, general municipal procedures, appointments and information, with a main office and three district offices.

Why it matters

This is the default starting point for almost any municipal paperwork question, including padró, and the staff can direct newcomers to specialized services such as the Servei de Ciutadania’s migration support.
