Oficina d’Atenció Ciutadana (OAC) - Sitges town hall citizen service

Sitges town hall provides citizen services through three Oficines d’Atenció Ciutadana (OAC) locations — Center, Les Botigues de Sitges, and Garraf — plus a phone/online channel called OAC360º for appointments and multilingual phone support.

Why it matters

Primary point of contact for almost all municipal paperwork, including padrón, parking permits, and general enquiries.

Need to complete any municipal administrative procedure.

How long it takes

General opening hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-14:30; Thursdays also 16:00-18:30 at the Sitges (Center) office only. Hours may change in summer, Holy Week, and Christmas. OAC360º phone/online service: Monday-Friday 8:00-20:00 uninterrupted.
