Use the OMAC citizen-service offices and cita previa
The Oficina Municipal d’Atenció Ciutadana (OMAC) is the city’s general registry and information desk, with four offices; cita previa is preferred but not mandatory.

- It is where you register on the padrón, get certificates, file applications to the council and request the senior/pensioner bus cards.

- You need to do any paperwork with the Ajuntament.
