Use the UTIC (Immigration and Citizenship Unit) in Tarragona
Tarragona’s Unitat d’Immigració i Ciutadania (UTIC), part of the Institut Municipal de Serveis Socials, offers individual and group reception sessions, workshops on Catalan society and labor rights, and immigration procedures.
