Tarragona’s beaches: lifeguards, flags and rules

The council says lifeguards cover eight beaches from 15 June to 14 September, 10:00 to 20:00 daily, and has a page for each beach’s flag and status.

Why it matters

Most beaches and coves have no lifeguard at any time, so knowing which do is a safety matter.
