Use Terrassa’s citizen service offices and the 010 line
The council’s citizen service offices (OAC) serve the public by appointment; book online, through the council’s app or by calling 010. Hours differ by office and some afternoons and days are closed in 2026.

- Most council procedures (padró, dog registration, certificates) start at an OAC or its online office, and walking in without an appointment is not accepted.
