Buy and sell second-hand in Alicante: consumer rules and the OMIC
Consumer-law guarantees cover second-hand goods bought from a business (at least one year), not private sales. Alicante’s consumer office (OMIC) mediates complaints only for people who habitually live in the city, and not between private individuals.
