The Oficina d’Atenció Ciutadana (OAC) is the single front-desk point for most municipal paperwork in Dénia: padrón, certificates, tax payments, general procedural advice, and electronic document submission. Appointments are booked online, by phone, or by email; some services run without an appointment.

Why it matters

This is the default first stop for almost any town-hall interaction, and the only point of contact most newcomers will need before learning which specialized department (social services, sports, culture, etc.) applies to them.

When

Any need to interact with Dénia’s town hall: registering, requesting certificates, paying local taxes/fines, or general procedural questions.
