Buy and sell second-hand in Elche: consumer rules and the OMIC

Consumer-law guarantees cover second-hand goods bought from a business (at least one year), not private sales. Elche’s council FAQ places its consumer office (OMIC) at Replaceta de l’Espart 5, with appointments through elche.es.
